Order Delivery Details


We stock a wide range of genuine and aftermarket parts, with same-day dispatch on qualifying orders. Orders are shipped in full by default—please check stock availability on the product page or in your basket. Any out-of-stock items will display an estimated dispatch time. Worldwide shipping available. If you need a split shipment, please contact us before checkout; additional charges may apply.

Our priority is to make sure you receive your parts as soon as possible. The delivery dates indicated on the product page should be used as an estimate only. We will notify you by email or phone if there is a delay in delivery at the first instance.

Please note: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or other damage arising from late or non-delivery of goods.

Aerosols & Dangerous goods can currently only be shipped to UK mainland.

Highlands & Irelands Delivery charges & service levels will vary.

Retail Customers


Our aim is to ship all orders same day if ordered before 1pm, when held in stock, although some items do have a longer delivery estimate.

All orders are sent via standard Royal Mail, unless the courier option is selected at checkout.

Most items will arrive within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to one week for delivery; If the item is too large to fit through a letter box please check with your local sorting office before contacting us as the item is probably being held there.

Deliveries will not be resent until after this time period has passed.

We are able to ship next day in the UK for orders placed before 2pm. Just select the appropriate courier option. This is not a guaranteed service

We also ship worldwide, if your basket does not give a shipping option please email us on Sales@gardenhirespares.com, with your requirements and we will contact you with the costs.

Some items are unable to be sent via Royal Mail, aerosols and oils etc. These will incur a Non-hazardous courier charge.

Once your order has been shipped we do not guarantee delivery based on the service you choose, this is in the hands of the courier.

All orders are sent tracked unless other agreements have been made at the time of order.

The UK mainland delivery price for orders with a value of less than £95.00 nett excluding VAT is from £3.95, orders with a value in excess of £95.00 nett excluding VAT will have no carriage charge added (UK mainland only).

We aim for all orders to arrive next working day when ordered before 2pm but this is not a guarantee.
